Mr. Jitendra Kulkarni has played senior leadership roles in IT industry in Singapore and Overseas for over 35 years. Prior to founding Winspire solutions , he was the CEO of Redington India , based out of Singapore, for 8 years. Before Redington, he was the General manager-MIS of Godrej Pacific Technology Ltd. (Now Ingram Micro). He comes with a strong process consulting and software development background and has led several large digital transformation projects successfully. He is a Mechanical Engineer from Shivaji University and MBA-Finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai University. He also holds a post Graduate Diploma in software Technology from National Centre for Software technology (NCST), Mumbai and has completed Enterprise Leadership for Transformation program from National University of Singapore ( NUS ).

Onkar has over 20 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV and BC. He has been working with Winspire since 2007 and has worked on more than 200 projects. He is responsible for Presales and Delivery related operations for Winspire group. Being involved in both pre and after sales for NAV / BC projects, he has gathered vast experience across distribution, projects, services and manufacturing industry best practices. He is an Instrumentation Engineer and MBA in Finance from Mumbai University.

Bharat has over 13 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics Solutions Implementation across several geographies. He has a proven track record of over 50 implementations in various Industry verticals like Wholesale and Distribution, Equipment rental, Projects and Service, Retail, and others. He is responsible for Presales and Delivery related operations of Winspire Solutions in the UK. He is an Information Technology Engineering Graduate (BAMU University, India) and MBA in Finance (Pune, India).

Reuben Ash has been working with a range of ERP systems providers for over 20 years specialising in helping companies to improve their IT infrastructure. Typically, companies he has worked with have seen a substantial improvement in efficiency, increased turnover and profitability and have seen a rapid return on their investment in an ERP system. He comes from a manufacturing and distribution background, having run a family timber business for a number of years. He is educated to degree level at Sheffield and Hallam University, and has qualifications and accreditations in Sales, Marketing, Accountancy, Business Studies, Six Sigma, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hubspot Inbound, Institute of Learning and Management, and MEDDIC sales process.

Mohit Kulkarni has over 7 years of experience in the software engineering industry. Prior to joining Winspire Solutions he was a Vice President within the Technology Division of Goldman Sachs, managing a team across multiple geographies. He has experience in leading and managing technical projects. He has developed expertise in interfacing between business users and developers. He is hands on with various technologies such as AL, Java, Python and ReactJS. Mohit has done a Masters in Computer Engineering and an MBA from Imperial College London.
